Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s unique mental health concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients facing severe mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and stability.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment summaries, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care that effectively addresses clients' needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources; advocate for their rights and needs when necessary.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training, workshops, and peer supervision to stay abreast of the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Our benefits package includes:
