Work Environment\nThis position is fully remote, allowing for telehealth therapy sessions that accommodate the needs of our diverse patient population across Las Vegas, Nevada. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories and devise appropriate treatment approaches tailored to individual needs. \n
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery and enhancing resilience, utilizing techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). \n
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for patients to process their trauma and develop essential coping strategies. \n
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for patients. \n
- Deliver crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, helping patients manage acute distress. \n
- Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources to empower them in their healing journey. \n
- Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and reflective of patient progress. \n
- Participate in ongoing case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities, with a focus on trauma-informed care and the latest therapeutic practices. \n
Our primary client focus includes individuals suffering from trauma-related mental health conditions, including PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. We target a diverse demographic and aim to provide culturally competent care that resonates with each patient's unique experiences.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Education: A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Licensure: Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada. \n
- Knowledge: A strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based trauma-informed treatment modalities. \n
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exhibiting a compassionate, non-judgmental approach when working with patients. \n

- A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, particularly with trauma-focused therapies. \n
- Experience working within a telehealth environment, with proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms. \n
- Ability to manage high-stress situations with calmness and professionalism. \n
The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
