Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and substance use issues to diagnose co-occurring disorders effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• A deep understanding of the interplay between mental health issues and substance use disorders.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
