Work Environment\n

In this remote role, you will be engaging with patients and families via telehealth platforms, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with clients. Our work hours span Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required based on client needs. You will have access to digital tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes securely.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to identify their unique needs and challenges.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily centers around assisting children and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, attention issues, and behavioral problems. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in California.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated skills in establishing rapport and building trusting relationships with young clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, preferably working with children and adolescents.
