Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health and emotional needs to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based interventions and therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, to address clients' specific challenges.

• Facilitating individual and group counseling sessions that support clients through crises, trauma, and addiction issues.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in California.

• Strong foundation in counseling practices and techniques, with demonstrated proficiency in addressing a variety of mental health issues.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role is required, preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in telehealth delivery, crisis intervention, and those who have worked with clients facing addiction and trauma recovery. Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
