Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances, challenges, and goals. Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methods and solution-focused strategies.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, as appropriate to address clients' specific mental health challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records that comply with regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA standards, ensuring client privacy and data security at all times.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated care that best meets the needs of our clientele.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care quality and overall treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
