Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments focusing on clients' mental health history, current challenges, and aspirations, utilizing your expertise to shape effective treatment plans.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address individual treatment goals, adapting your strategies based on ongoing evaluations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies regarding client information.

• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to discuss client progress and collaborate on integrated care approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
