Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome newly licensed professionals, preference will be given to candidates with experience in telehealth settings or those who have worked with clients dealing with complex trauma or severe mental health issues. Experience with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is competitive, offering a salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience and caseload. In addition to competitive pay, we provide:
