Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with therapeutic objectives and client goals, continuously adjusting them based on ongoing assessments.
\n
• Perform thorough assessments to diagnose clients, ensuring accurate identification of mental health and co-occurring disorders.
\n
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all client interactions and progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision sessions and participate in professional development opportunities, focusing on expanding your clinical skills.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the privilege to work with a diverse client base ranging from adolescents to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse issues. Your role will be vital in fostering trusting relationships that help clients articulate their struggles and work towards healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling (LPC), Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field is required.

• Active and valid licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Pennsylvania.
\n
• Strong understanding of therapy principles and techniques, with a commitment to ethical practice.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
\n
• A demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.
\n
• Commitment to cultural competency and sensitivity towards clients’ diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2-3 years of direct clinical experience working with individuals affected by mental health challenges, preferably including experience with co-occurring disorders and substance abuse treatment.

• Experience conducting group therapy sessions and facilitating support groups.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience.
