Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad range of patients from various backgrounds, including marginalized groups such as ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrants seeking mental health support. This role entails understanding their unique challenges and tailoring therapy approaches that recognize and celebrate their cultural identities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• Proficient knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatments, and principles of cultural competence in therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
