Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop customized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique goals of each client.

• Respond effectively to clients experiencing acute mental health crises by providing timely crisis intervention and support, ensuring their immediate safety and stability.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, including treatment plans and progress notes, closely adhering to both ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to foster comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and navigating community resources, while serving as an advocate for their needs and preferences.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
