Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to thoroughly evaluate their mental health status and identify any co-occurring substance use issues, tailoring your approach to each individual's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to address both mental health and substance use challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at equipping clients with essential coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and effective emotional regulation techniques, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

• Engage in coordination of care with our diverse multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive treatment experience for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within California.

• Demonstrable proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapies applicable to co-occurring disorders, particularly Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field.
