Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based methodologies and client-centered approaches to execute personalized treatment plans effectively.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring clients receive individualized support to foster recovery and resilience.

• Document and maintain detailed and secure clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to deliver holistic care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, actively engaging in ongoing professional development to elevate the quality of care delivered to clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions and treatment options, while guiding them toward community resources that will further support their journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be providing therapeutic services to a diverse clientele that includes adults, adolescents, and families from varied backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license in Texas to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
