Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments of clients during initial visits to understand their mental health needs and establish a foundation for personalized care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant therapeutic methods.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, ensuring that client information remains secure.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health practitioners, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in regular peer supervision and case consultation sessions to enhance treatment efficacy and share insights with colleagues.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and resources available within the community, empowering them through knowledge.

• Stay current with advancements in the mental health field, integrating new insights and methodologies into practice to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
