Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the individual needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans focused on achieving their mental health goals.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions that tackle various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and active licensure in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges, demonstrating effective counseling techniques.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trusting relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred but not mandatory; comfort with technology for documentation and telehealth is advantageous.
