Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, person-centered, recovery-based treatment plans that align with each client’s needs and goals.

• Implement skill-building workshops focused on coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, communication skills, and anger management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults (ages 18 and older) experiencing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and more. You will champion a recovery-oriented approach that emphasizes strengths and empowers clients to develop their skills and resources for managing their lives effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) is essential.

• The ability to practice independently and without supervision, with a clean disciplinary record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong desire to facilitate positive change in clients' lives.

• Proficiency in technology and comfort with digital platforms, along with a reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Compensation and Benefits\n
