This position allows for a flexible work arrangement in a remote outpatient environment. Our practice operates under a structured schedule, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though occasional evening shifts may be required to accommodate patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the diverse needs of children and adolescents facing various psychological challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider developmental stages, family dynamics, and personal histories.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy, to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Collaborate closely with child psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care that supports holistic healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, preferably with children and adolescents.
