Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions and family counseling tailored specifically to the identified concerns and treatment goals of each patient.

• Complete necessary documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, within established timeframes, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety and wellness strategies, and relapse prevention plans to promote long-term stability and recovery.

• Create and document thorough discharge plans that facilitate the ongoing support of clients post-therapy.

• Adhere to all relevant federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, ensuring ethical and compliant practice.

• Engage in continuing education and training initiatives to enhance your professional competence and skills.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to foster collaborative treatment strategies and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
