Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological, emotional, and social needs, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to aid individuals, couples, and families in overcoming mental health challenges.

• Lead and facilitate psychoeducational and support groups focused on specific mental health topics, fostering a sense of community and mutual support among participants.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive, integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and support for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, using appropriate de-escalation techniques as needed.

• Educate patients about various mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and community resources available for additional support and guidance.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation by utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
