Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment regimens that address individual challenges and aspirations.

• Create and tailor individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, integrating client feedback to ensure that the strategies employed are suited to their unique needs.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches that encourage client engagement and foster resilience within the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a current and valid professional license, including but not limited to Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling with a proven track record of successfully addressing complex client needs.

• The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
