Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for new clients, gathering comprehensive mental health histories to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using a range of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, allowing for customized patient experiences.

• Regularly evaluate client progress towards established therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services to enhance accessibility for clients unable to visit in person due to distance or other challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of sessions, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards within the mental health field.

• Participate in regular team meetings for collaborative case discussions and professional development opportunities.

• Stay current with best practices in mental health care through participation in ongoing training and educational workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Demonstrable empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to treatment.

• Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and knowledge of relevant administrative procedures.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Prairie Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, ensuring you can focus primarily on client care.
