Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health conditions and needs, using a structured approach to gather relevant information.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage a caseload and maintain client documentation.
