Work Environment\n

This position enables you to work comfortably from your home while connecting with clients through a structured telehealth platform. Our outpatient facility operates Monday through Saturday, offering flexible scheduling and the ability to manage your caseload effectively. Additionally, we handle in-house credentialing and insurance participation, allowing you to focus entirely on providing top-notch care without administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial psychosocial assessments for clients of all ages, including adolescents, adults, and families, ensuring effective triage and referral when necessary.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, documenting progress and adjusting strategies to ensure positive outcomes.

• Engage in regular communication with interdisciplinary teams, including regular updates during patient rounds, to ensure holistic patient care.

• Manage case responsibilities effectively, coordinating with external health professionals, social service agencies, and community resources to optimize patient support.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with organizational requirements and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health license in Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
\n
• A commitment to ethical practice and an understanding of relevant laws and regulations in mental health.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a counseling or therapeutic setting, preferably in an outpatient context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
