Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma experiences and tailor appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, reinforcing resilience and coping skills.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, providing patients with a safe space to process their trauma and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during acute trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
