Work Environment\n

This position will be entirely remote, allowing you to work from home while being part of a supportive and collaborative team. While maintaining flexibility, you will be expected to adhere to a schedule that complements our operational hours, typically Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adjustment possible based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients’ individual needs, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective individual, couples, and family counseling.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups that empower participants to share their experiences and foster a sense of community.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services promptly, ensuring clients receive the necessary support during critical moments.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, coping strategies, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Actively participate in case consultations, attend team meetings, and engage in professional development activities to stay current with best practices.

• Continuously expand your knowledge of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A strong foundation in mental health disorders, evidenced-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create effective treatment strategies.

• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations, with a strong emphasis on empathy and understanding.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful connections with clients.

• Commitment to ethical practice and professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and a willingness to embrace technology in care delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
