Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients’ psychosocial needs to identify and determine suitable treatment plans and referral requirements.

• Providing individual therapist services through one-on-one sessions, helping clients process their thoughts and emotions in a safe setting.

• Assisting patients with completing necessary documentation to access entitlements, supplemental insurance, and benefits to reduce reliance on emergency assistance programs.

• Coordinating transportation assistance for patients who require support in getting to appointments or therapy sessions.

• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records, preparing documentation such as reports and treatment progress notes as required to uphold compliance and quality standards.

• Advocating for patients with community agencies, ensuring they receive the resources they need for improved mental health outcomes.

• Collaborating with colleagues in regular clinical meetings to discuss case strategies and interventions aimed at enhancing patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of patients experiencing varying levels of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. You will engage with individuals from different cultural backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of cultural competence in your therapeutic approach. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• An active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other therapeutic methodologies.

• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Along with the required qualifications, applicants with experience in community health settings or those who have worked with underserved populations are strongly encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and caseload.
