Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct evidence-based therapy sessions via live video for individual adult clients, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to continuously monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Engage in regular peer consultation and supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure high-quality care delivery.

• Document sessions accurately in electronic health record systems, adhering to confidentiality standards at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on adult clients who are navigating various mental health challenges. You will provide a safe space for open dialogue, employing evidence-based interventions to help clients make meaningful progress toward their personal goals. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or PsyD.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and digital tools for effective client engagement.
