Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions addressing the needs of individuals, couples, and families dealing with diverse mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential documentation of client progress and session content in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse clientele with varying needs, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Utilizing innovative telehealth methodologies, you will adapt therapeutic techniques to a virtual setting, ensuring effective engagement and rapport-building. You will play a crucial role in helping your clients navigate their mental health challenges, offering guidance and supportive therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

• An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling in a professional setting.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage clients in a virtual environment, demonstrating empathy and active listening.

Compensation and Benefits\n
