Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, focused on helping clients improve their mental health and overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship problems. You will work closely with diverse populations, enabling you to apply personalized therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual's unique context and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of independent clinical experience, demonstrating your ability to practice without supervision and manage a variety of cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
