Work Environment\n

This role is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to create your own schedule within the hours of Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. You will enjoy the convenience of delivering therapy from home, requiring a reliable internet connection and a private workspace to maintain patient confidentiality. As a remote team member, you will engage in regular consultation and collaboration with experienced psychiatrists and fellow counselors, fostering a supportive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly video therapy sessions with individual adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.

• Collaborate with other psychiatric providers and therapists to enhance treatment planning, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Utilize automatically administered tools such as symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations, ensuring quality continuous support and leveraging collective expertise.

• Stay informed on the latest therapeutic advancements and participate in training sessions focused on our evidence-based treatment frameworks, referred to as care pathways.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing telehealth therapy to adult clients, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. This diverse client population may include those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and other mental health conditions. Your skills in engaging with patients through digital platforms will be essential to establish rapport, encourage open dialogue, and support their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and technology tools, such as Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
\n
• Professional appearance and demeanor in all client interactions, ensuring a supportive and empathetic environment.

• Ability and commitment to maintain patient confidentiality and ethical standards in a fully remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to adult populations.

• A background in telehealth therapy with adolescents and young adults will be advantageous.

• Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your commitment and expertise will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
