Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, designing personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practice.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions tailored to individual client situations.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance and high standards for record-keeping.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated and comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to uphold quality standards and enhance clinical practice through shared insights.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.
