Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based counseling sessions via live video to individual adults, providing support and guidance that addresses their unique mental health challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to evaluate client progress and make informed adjustments to treatment strategies.

• Engage in regular team consultations for support, sharing best practices, and discussing case progress to enhance service delivery.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards to maintain transparency and accountability in care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse group of adult clients, including those with higher-risk mental health conditions, presenting a range of challenges from anxiety and depression to serious mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
