Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and specific needs, initiating a pathway toward effective treatment.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic modalities.

• Provide compassionate and solution-focused individual therapy to adult clients through virtual sessions, addressing a range of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. The telehealth format allows for reaching clients who may have barriers to in-person services, emphasizing accessibility and responsiveness to their specific needs. You will play an instrumental role in helping clients develop coping strategies and achieving their mental health goals in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Proficient organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients effectively.

• A clean record with no history of disciplinary actions from licensing boards.

• Attractive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience.
