Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

• Providing comprehensive clinical services and assessments, ensuring the delivery of person-centered, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Conducting ongoing evaluations of client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to address any emerging needs or challenges.

• Assisting in the development, monitoring, and implementation of Individual Service Plans, working collaboratively with clients to set achievable goals.

• Facilitating skill-building sessions that encompass coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication methods to enhance clients’ daily functioning.

• Acting as a guide and advocate for clients seeking community resources, effectively educating them about available services that can support their individual recovery journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults aged 18 and above who are navigating the complexities of mental illness. Many clients may struggle with maintaining independence and stability in their everyday lives due to various psychological challenges. Your empathetic approach will aid in empowering clients to develop resilience and enhance their coping capabilities.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and active state license to practice, including options like Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
\n
• Proven ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean record with no disciplinary actions on the license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills complemented by a compassionate disposition.
\n
• Basic technical proficiency, including a reliable computer and good Wi-Fi to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
