Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed client assessments to ascertain mental health status, utilizing standardized screening tools and evidence-based methodologies.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific client needs, with regular evaluations of progress to adapt approaches as necessary.

• Provide therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate techniques tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Collaborate with team members, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that clients receive holistic support while also respecting confidentiality guidelines.

• Engage in crisis intervention when needed, offering immediate help to clients experiencing severe emotional distress, ensuring safety and stabilization.

• Participate in community outreach and educational workshops to increase mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and promote available resources in the community.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; however, candidates holding a master’s or doctorate from accredited institutions will be preferred.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively assist individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
