Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and evaluations to effectively identify the mental health needs and concerns of each client.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions utilizing teletherapy, accommodating diverse communication styles and ensuring a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed Mental Health Therapist at Ergo Counseling Center, you will primarily work with adult clients who face a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your role will involve helping clients to manage their symptoms, set realistic goals, and develop coping strategies in a safe and supportive environment. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, equipping you with the necessary knowledge and skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring rapport with clients and fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy, affirming a client-centered care philosophy.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage client caseloads and documentation.

• No history of disciplinary actions by licensure boards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling practices is highly desirable.
