Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Cultural competence, demonstrating sensitivity and awareness when working with varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, ensuring precise and timely documentation in compliance with industry standards.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in community health settings or those who have engaged in telehealth practices will have an advantage. Familiarity with treatment models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is also valued.
