Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify and articulate clients’ needs, using clinical tools to analyze their emotional, psychological, and social health.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster community engagement and provide clients with coping strategies for managing their mental health concerns.

• Offer crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective care for clients in distress.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
