Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments through detailed interviews and standardized tools to evaluate clients’ mental health and formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Developing and administering personalized treatment plans based on best evidence and client goals, including techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the specific needs of diverse client backgrounds and personal circumstances.

• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and directing them to appropriate resources.

• Maintaining thorough and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment documentation, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure clients receive holistic care aligned with their treatment goals.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues while advocating for their rights within the community and healthcare system.

• Participating in Continuous Professional Development (CPD), attending workshops and training to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge of the latest mental health treatment methods.

Your work will impact a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R).

• Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Have a minimum of two years of related experience working in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

Preferred Experience\n
