Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate symptoms of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety, considering the unique emotional and psychological demands placed on clients in hospice care.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their emotional needs and therapy goals are central to the care provided.

• Utilize evidenced-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the clients' specific conditions and life situations.

• Offer education and support to clients and their families regarding available therapies for mood disorders, fostering self-care and coping strategies during a vulnerable time.

• Monitor treatment progress through regular evaluations and adjust interventions as necessary, maintaining close communication with clients regarding their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
