Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and utilize appropriate diagnostic tools, including the DSM-5, to evaluate patients' mental health status and the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that account for cultural diversity and specific needs of the patient population, ensuring interventions are tailored to anticipate expected outcomes.

• Consistently monitor and assess patient progress, providing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic strategies to support ongoing mental health challenges.
\n
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive treatment records, reports, and clinical information accurately and in a timely manner, utilizing current technology in alignment with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to create cohesive treatment plans that promote desired outcomes, addressing any areas of concern promptly and effectively.

• Assist in coordinating referrals and maintaining productive relationships with external clinicians and agencies, ensuring continuity of care for patients.

• Provide education and mentorship to interns, residents, and volunteers, fostering a learning environment that enhances the skills of upcoming mental health professionals.

• Support team member development through peer review, clinical collaboration, and coaching, as guided by your clinical supervisor.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
