Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the unique needs of each client, leading to the creation of individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solution-focused techniques.

• Deliver psychotherapy services using a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities as tailored to meet the clients’ specific needs.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver holistic care and coordinate treatment efforts that enhance patient outcomes.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of care provided to clients.

Qualifications\n
