Key Responsibilities\n

  • Deliver a broad spectrum of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to suit the developmental and emotional needs of each child.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. This includes timely updates to electronic health records to track progress and treatment outcomes.

  • Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and other stakeholders to create a supportive network for students, enhancing the coordination of care within the school’s environment.

  • Engage in regular case consults and peer review sessions, contributing to the collective expertise of the team and enhancing service delivery for all clients.

  • Provide psychoeducation and resources for students and their families, empowering them with essential information about mental health, coping strategies, and available community supports.

This role will primarily focus on the student population within the Benton City area, which includes diverse backgrounds and a range of socio-emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your strong educational background.
