Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual psychosocial evaluations to determine the strengths and needs of each client. This includes collecting clinical history, understanding socio-economic factors, and evaluating emotional wellbeing.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and/or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Tailor these approaches according to the unique circumstances and goals of each client.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to create and implement synchronized treatment plans that promote comprehensive care.

• Advocate for clients by facilitating access to essential resources and support services within the community, ensuring they receive appropriate assistance for their overall wellbeing.

• Maintain detailed records of client sessions, progress, and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
