Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to their diverse needs.

• Perform thorough client assessments through comprehensive interviews to gather and interpret relevant biographical, social, and health-related information.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific social and emotional needs of clients.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive-behavioral interventions, crisis management techniques, and referrals to additional community resources as appropriate.

• Maintain an environment of trust and respect, fostering therapeutic rapport with clients to encourage open communication and growth.

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Keep detailed and accurate documentation in client records in compliance with established protocols and regulations.

• Manage an appropriate caseload, ensuring up-to-date records that reflect the services provided and progress of clients.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with case managers and other professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the social work or mental health field, particularly with a focus on behavioral health disorders.

• Experience delivering counseling or therapy services, especially related to depression, substance use, family therapy, and grief counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
