Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services in both office and community settings, focusing on clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disturbances.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that ensure continuity and quality of care, including coordinating with families and other healthcare providers.

• Conduct brief assessments and screenings, utilizing evidence-based practices to identify the needs and goals of each client.

• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, participating actively in team meetings to align on treatment objectives and client progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to organizational protocols.

• Assist with crisis interventions and provide immediate support as needed to clients facing emergencies.

• Monitor client progress and treatment adherence, facilitating sessions focused on individual, group, and family therapy.

• Provide on-call support as assigned and participate in quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery within the agency.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
