Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, diagnosing when needed using standardized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) to create individualized treatment plans.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress, adjusting interventions and strategies as necessary to support mental health goals and facilitate recovery.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of treatment records and clinical reports in alignment with health regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to co-develop comprehensive treatment plans that address patient needs, goals, and desired outcomes.

• Maintain active referral relationships, linking patients to additional treatment options and establishing robust connections with other healthcare providers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
