Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy tailored to the emotional and psychological needs of clients, creating treatment and discharge plans that reflect their unique circumstances and goals.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments by gathering pertinent information through interviews, case histories, and observational methods to evaluate client challenges and inform diagnostic decisions.

• Utilize best practices to modify assessment protocols, ensuring compliance with health plan regulations and maintaining a high standard of care.

• Manage a diverse caseload that includes individual therapy sessions and collateral therapy, offering consistent support and therapeutic interventions to clients.

• Review and maintain client case files for accuracy, ensuring that all documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and care plans, meets legal and clinical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your work will be with clients facing severe emotional and behavioral issues, often related to end-of-life care decisions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
