Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including complete mental status exams, to identify clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based models to meet client needs effectively.

• Maintain thorough and accurate case notes, progress reports, and treatment plans that comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Utilize a calm and empathetic demeanor to effectively manage high-stress situations, promoting de-escalation and offering solutions during crises.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health care providers—including psychiatrists, primary care doctors, and case managers—to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Facilitate therapy in both virtual and in-person settings, adapting methods based on client-specific situations and preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LCSW will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
