Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW on our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and diagnosing patients' mental health conditions utilizing established tools like the DSM-5 to create tailored treatment plans that respect cultural diversity and individual needs.

• Continually evaluating patients’ progress and implementing appropriate interventions and strategies to facilitate symptom reduction and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate, compliant, and timely treatment records, reports, and clinical information using the clinic's state-of-the-art technology systems.

• Collaborating with patients, families, and other healthcare providers in developing comprehensive treatment plans, which include goals addressing their specific circumstances.

• Anticipating safety concerns and intervening proactively to ensure patient well-being while adapting treatment approaches based on ongoing evaluations.

• Coordinating referrals and acting as a liaison between patients and various treatment providers, ensuring effective communication and continuum of care.

• Providing mentorship and educational support to interns and junior staff, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current LCSW license issued by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
